Cancellation Policy

The Grace Period - We offer a 10-minute grace period for most services. - Lateness Over 10 Minutes: If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we reserve the right to shorten your service, reschedule, or cancel your appointment entirely. - Deposits & Fees: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled due to tardiness, your deposit will be forfeited to cover the lost session time. - Repeat Tardiness: We understand that traffic and life happens. However, clients who show consistent, repeat tardiness will be subject to a $25 late fee added to their bill. We reserve the right to refuse future booking requests. Payment & Booking Policy Accepted Forms of Payment - If paying with cash, please bring EXACT payment amount. (No change is kept on site) - Contactless & Tap-to-Pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap Cards) - I accept Venmo :) Deposits & Remaining Balance - 50% Deposit: All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot. - If you need to reschedule, the deposit is still valid and will roll over. - ** Studio Cancellations:** If we have to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded. - Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately at the end of your service. -Booking multiple service dates in one order. Balance is due at the time of your first attendance, therefore the future appointment is considered paid in full. **Gift Card Policy: All gift card purchases are non-refundable, can be redeemed at any time, and do not expire!
